What Can I Expect?
We prefer to have our customer's pets dropped off between 7:30am and 9:00am. This is so we can assess what needs to be done for each pet and which groomer would be best suited for your pets needs. But we are always willing to work with our clients if they need or prefer a later drop-off or earlier pick-up time. We must know this information when you make your appointment so we can make sure our schedule will accommodate your request.
If you do not ask for a particular pick-up time, your pet will be completed sometime between 12:00 and 2:30 - 3 pm. If we are running late, we will let you know. We'll give you the total of the grooming when we let you know your pet is ready so you can have a check or cash ready so we can make a fast transfer on pick-up. We are trying to keep contact and time in the shop to a minimum and ask that you use credit cards only when absolutely necessary. Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes to an hour after the groomer calls depending on how close it is to the end of the day.
Groomers are paid on a commission-only basis, a late cancellation or a no-show means they lose that commission. It is highly unlikely that we would be able to refill the spot if you cancel too late.
We close shortly after the last dog's grooming is completed, usually between 2 and 3 pm on weekdays. Please be understanding on these times, my groomers start before 7 am and have a considerable amount of cleaning after the last dog leaves.
